A private yoga class created just for your hen group in the Cotswolds: a gentle warm-up and Sun Salutations to wake everyone up, flowing sequences for hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back, then a slow relaxation finishing with aromatherapy oil and a mini head massage. It is the perfect start to a hen weekend - or the perfect recovery.
How much does it cost?
Private group classes start from £80 for two people; larger hen groups are quoted bespoke depending on numbers and location. Studio drop-in classes in Leckhampton, Cheltenham, cost £14 (your first class is £5).
Where do classes happen?
We come to you - your Cotswolds hen accommodation or a nearby location - with all mats and props provided, or join us at our small, friendly studio in Leckhampton, Cheltenham.
