What is the Aqua Park?
Our inflatable Aqua Park at Retallack Resort is a floating obstacle course - jump, splash, bounce and race your friends around the course, watch them wipe out, and hurl yourself into the water. All sessions include a safety brief.
Who can take part?
The minimum age is 6, and all participants must be able to swim confidently for 25 metres. Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult booked onto the session (two children aged 6-7, or three aged 8-11, per adult).
Can we come as a hen group?
Groups are welcome, and for group sizes of 13 or more you should speak to our team so we can plan your session. Book activities online or via the Away Resorts app - and book at least 30 minutes before your chosen session, ideally before you arrive.
What's included?
Wetsuit hire and buoyancy aids are included for watersports activities where needed. You can't bring your own paddleboard to our stand-up paddleboard sessions, but boards are provided.

Very disappointing. Not inflated enough and also not very big. Too many people on as well so you can't have a proper run at half the obstacles. If you’ve been to Wild Shore in Delamere or Manley Mere, I wouldn't bother with this one at all. We booked in advance so no refunds but if we'd turned up on spec, we would absolutely not have paid £25 each. Also unisex changing rooms, not really appropriate. Staff were nice though.

Absolutely brilliant experience on the Flowrider, we've been coming since it opened and will always go back, so much fun!

Tickets for this can either be purchased online or at the cafe attached. Pre-booking is highly recommended. They have a tow line which will pull you along in rings like we did, or I assume they do "wakeboarding" as there are ramps there as well. There is a decent size inflatable assault course there as well. Life vests and helmets provided, small charge for wetsuits if I remember correctly. Cafe, does tea, coffee, soft drinks, ice creams. But pricey, but as expected for where it is. Small car park nearby.
