Do you run hen party surf sessions?
Yes - our stag and hen sessions are two-hour group lessons on Fistral Beach, with everything included: boards, wetsuits, expert coaching, changing rooms, hot showers and secure storage. Just turn up, meet your coach, get kitted out and head straight into the surf - we are the only surf school based right on Fistral Beach.
How much does a hen session cost?
Hen session pricing depends on group size: £45 per person for 1-3 people, £40 for 4-9, £38.25 for 10-18, £36 for 19-26, and £33.75 for 27 or more. Our standard one-off beginner group lesson is £50 per person.
Do we need experience?
None at all. Our coaches - including ISA Level 2 qualified instructors - will teach you catching waves, standing up and positioning, whatever your age, fitness or experience. Larger groups can be split by ability level. Participants need some water confidence and should be able to swim at least 25 metres.
What is included and what should we bring?
All equipment is included, and you can extend your hire afterwards at discounted rates if you want to keep surfing. Just bring swimwear and a towel. There is a large pay-and-display car park next to the school and restaurants right next door for afterwards.
When do you operate?
We are open all year round for lessons and equipment hire, from our base in the International Surfing Centre on Fistral Beach, Newquay TR7 1HY.

Sam was a fantastic teacher. We were looking for a surf school and found this place - super convenient/ right on the beach. Clean and quality gear. Sam was patient, gave us great pointers and ensured we had a great day. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible! Unbelievably priced for a 2 hour session! Was amazing and Miles was a great help and fantastic instructor. Highly recommend and will be back again my next visit hopefully with my own board!

Thanks all staff of Fistral Beach surf school, very quick responses from email, good instruction from surf coaches. My husband and my son were very happy and enjoyed the surfing time.
