Frequently asked questions
What does a Butler in the Buff actually do?
Our butlers serve your drinks, host party games, pose for photos and keep the atmosphere fun and cheeky. We wear a collar, cuffs, bow tie and our famous cheeky apron - we are topless, but we are not strippers: the service is light-hearted, tasteful and classy.
How much does a butler cost?
A butler booking starts from £150 for two hours, which is our minimum booking, and longer bookings cost less per hour. Use our instant quote for the exact price for your date, location and group size - no payment is needed to get your price.
How many butlers do we need?
We recommend one butler for up to 14 guests, and at least two butlers for groups of 15 or more, so nobody is left waiting for a drink or a photo.
What other hen party experiences do you offer?
Our life drawing experience runs 1.5 or 2 hours from £15 per person, with all art materials included and one of our butlers as your model. Our cocktail making experience costs from £35 per person (minimum two hours) with ingredients and tools included, and our male performer show is a 15-20 minute performance from £170.
Where do you cover and how long do bookings last?
We cover the whole of the UK, coming to your home, accommodation or venue, with travel costs added for remote areas. Most bookings run for two hours and longer sessions are available. Guests must be 18 or over for our adult-themed entertainment.
Are your butlers professional?
Yes - we are the original buff butler company with over 20 years of experience, and we are fully insured. All of our butlers are vetted, reliable and trained. We recommend booking at least a few weeks ahead, especially in peak hen party season.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to James from us all for last weekend! You really made our girls birthday celebrations one to remember & you won our shy birthday girl over in the end too! It was so much fun, you were professional & made everyone feel really comfortable, you were really attentive making sure everyone was happy & had drinks topped up throughout and helping with whatever you could for the evening to flow nicely. We’ve still been laughing over our drawings this week! All round great experience that made our night & we will definitely be contacting you if we ever do it again & be recommending you to friends ☺️ Thank you again 😁

James was absolutely brilliant as our butler for the hen party I organised, he was so much fun and bought so much entertainment to our evening. He had loads of games to play that were hilarious and he was more than happy to get involved in ours as well. He was throughly professional and was really easy to communicate with before hand too. We can’t thank him enough for the tears of laughter and good time he bought. Each one of the hens said they haven’t laughed like that in a long time - Highly recommend him for any event 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
