How Much Does a Hen Party House Cost?

Real prices from 275 live hen party houses, not brochure estimates.

The median hen party house lists at £1,000 a night, which is £64 per person at full occupancy. Half of all houses sit between £43 and £98 per person.

In summary, the fairest way to compare two houses is per person at full occupancy: the same house costs less per head full than half-empty. The tables below cut the same prices by group size, by county and by feature, so you can see what moves the number and what does not.

Prices are from-prices as listed in October 2026: the lowest listed nightly rate we hold for each house. Your dates can cost more.

Cost by group size

Per person, the curve is a hill, not a slope. Small houses are cheap per head. The classic hen band of 14 to 17 guests carries the highest median, because that is where the flagship houses sit. Past 18 guests the bill is split more ways and the per-person figure falls again.

Questions, answered

How much does a hen party house cost per person?

Across 275 priced hen party houses, the median from-price is £64 per person per night at full occupancy, as listed in October 2026. A quarter of houses list at £43 per person or less, and a quarter at £98 or more.

Is a bigger house cheaper per person?

Not in a straight line. The lowest median per person is in the 6 to 9 guests band at £48, and the highest is the 14 to 17 guests band at £88. The popular sizes carry the flagship houses, so they rarely win on price per head. What always holds: the same house costs less per person full than half-empty, because the nightly rate is fixed either way.

Do hot tubs and pools cost more?

Houses with a hot tub sit at a median of £72 per person, against £59 without. Houses with a swimming pool sit at £90 per person, against £57 without. Features explain part of the gap; size and location explain the rest.

What does the from-price mean?

It is the lowest listed nightly rate we hold for that house. Your dates can cost more, and the property page shows live prices for the dates you pick. Per-person figures divide the nightly rate by the number of guests at full occupancy, so a half-full house costs more per head.
