How do payments work?
Each guest pays us themselves: a £50 deposit secures their spot, then three monthly Payday instalments are auto-charged. We fold the bride's share invisibly into the group plan, chase anyone who falls behind, and send one booking link for the group chat - you go back to being maid of honour, not finance officer.
What activities can you arrange?
Local, independent experiences her guests will actually want: mobile cocktails and pamper sessions, life drawing (be warned - more nudity than you might expect), private chefs cooking three-course dinners in your house, silent discos, wine tastings, grazing platters and yoga with fizz - tailored to your bride, never picked off a shelf. What are the booking essentials?
A minimum of 8 guests (houses and experiences are sized for 8-38) and a minimum 2-night stay - it gives the group time to settle in rather than rush. One-nighters can sometimes be priced specially for part-weekend guests.
What if someone drops out or we cancel?
Payments made are non-refundable (dropouts never owe more; any shortfall on fixed costs is shared by the remaining group), and we will always advocate for refunds or move your booking to another date where we can - travel insurance is recommended.

I cannot thank Kat enough for helping to plan my sisters hen party in Bath! From the moment I enquired right up until the day before Kat was super helpful! We opted for the mobile cocktails and pamper session! Both were absolutely amazing and every guest was so happy! Thank you so much for taking away the stress of hen planning! 🤍🥂🪩

We used Flock to organise my sisters hen party and wow what an experience we got! We coordinated with Kayleigh who was incredible. Having to plan a hen as part of the bridal party can be stressful but Kayleigh at Flock made it so that we could also enjoy the weekend stress free. Communication was great, extremely helpful and responded quickly, even on the hen weekend itself. From the stunning cottage, to the booked activities, bespoke meal with a private chef, and not to mention the most incredible weather. Our weekend was unreal and I wish we could do it all over again 🤍✨️

What a fantastic house !! It provided everything we needed for the most fabulous hen do weekend. Everyone had the best time and couldn’t compliment the house high enough. So many little touches that made the house even more special. Great memories made.
