What craft workshops can we book for our hen party?
Choose from hen party heirloom quilts, faux flower crowns, pom pom cushions, photo booth props, hen party sashes, pretty paper decorations, rustic kilner jars, vintage china and scrap boards - all suitable for complete beginners. Every package includes hen party invitations, personalised name tags, a hen party sign and personalised straw flags, and everyone takes their handmade creation home.
How much does it cost and how many hens do we need?
Hen party workshops start from £28 per person with a minimum of 10 hens (priced via HenBox; Kirsty will confirm your quote at enquiry). Groups under 10 can order Make-Kits instead - for example the dream catcher kit at £25 each with full photo tutorials, with 10% off 5+ kits and 20% off 15+.
Where do the workshops take place?
Kirsty is based in Horsham, with a garden studio for small adult groups, and holds workshops at many venues across Brighton, Sussex and Surrey - she can find a venue and travel to you, or come to your hen accommodation. Private parties are arranged by email: info@makedoandtrend.co.uk or 07495 868847.
How long does a workshop last and when can we hold it?
Sessions run around two to two and a half hours, and hen parties can be arranged at any time of day - a morning make, an afternoon session or early evening before dinner. All materials and tools are provided; just turn up.
Can you add food and drink?
Yes - Make, Do & Trend can organise food and drink for your party, whether that is an afternoon tea or a yummy breakfast, arranged when you book. Tell Kirsty what you have in mind and she will build it around the workshop.
How do we book?
Email info@makedoandtrend.co.uk with your date, numbers and location. Kirsty will agree the venue (hers or yours), take your details on a form and ask for a deposit to secure the date. New customers can also use the code WELCOME10 on the website for 10% off a first workshop booking or craft kit order.

Kirsty ran a fantastic party for my daughter’s 6th birthday! The kids loved it and were very happy with their creations and I didn’t need to worry about party bags as they took home the things they made instead. I’d highly recommend Kirsty and her parties, very professional, great crafts and good value for money.

Kirsty’s adult craft classes are so wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic. It’s such a great way to step out of your day-to-day and really focus on being creative, spending time with friends or meeting new people. I have done several of them now, often on my own, and always feel such a warmth from the group. Chatting away over a cuppa and complimenting each other’s progress. Such a great way to be mindful and present in the moment, as well as create something you are really proud of. Kirsty’s friendly nature and generous set up create such an inviting experience. Give it a go! I bet you’ll LOVE it. 🥰

Little crafters has become one of my little boys favourite things. He loves all the variety and kirsty is super friendly. We have now started to work together on our own events and parties. Id highly recommend if you like adult crafts or crafts sessions for your children.
