What is a Boozy Brushes party?
We run upbeat sip and paint parties - many hosted by a drag queen - and BYOB sip and sculpt clay nights. An artist guides the group step by step to a finished canvas (or sculpture), with music, prizes and everything supplied: canvas, paints, brushes, easel and apron. No artistic ability needed - the classes are beginner-friendly and deliberately light-hearted.
How much does it cost?
Public Edinburgh sip and paint tickets are £23-£27 per person (£23 student, £27 standard) for a 2-hour session, with drinks available to buy at the bar (not included). Private party prices are quoted for your date and numbers.
Can we book a private hen party?
Yes - private hen parties are our speciality. We bring the party to your home or hen accommodation, a bar of your choosing, or one of our partnership venues in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and private hire is available around Scotland. Choose your own painting, theme and music, or leave the creative planning to us.
How many people can come?
Public classes take up to around 20 guests per session; our private parties have catered for groups of 10 to 60. Over-18s only.

We did the coaster kit and had so much fun! Everything needed was provided, lovely vibes and space, and exceptional staff. 100% recommend!

If you would ask me to describe my experience at the Brshes in a long-story-short way, I would tell you it was a "pure emotional escape". I booked the craft-kit-experience only to satisfy my sister's artistic spirit (she's a glass-half-way-full type of person). And skimming forward, oh boy! I was wrong. Unfathomably cozy place to spend some time in. Just switch off your phone (and brain) and allow yourself to exist. And this's exactly what I did. Using one of their craft kits I made cute and stupendously ugly wire flowers...lol, supposed to be an out-of-the-blue gift for my wife. Regardless of the metal bouquet look, she liked it (presented with a chocolate cake). Overall, I had an extremely doozy experience, thanks to friendly staff, affordable craft kits, homey decor, and a lavatory. Next time I will bring my wife with me for a clock painting adventure, so she can express her inner Picasso, lol.
