What is Novi?
We are Cambridge's day-to-night shapeshifter at 12 Regent Street: brunch and coffee from 10am in our cafe and kitchen, then shareable plates and cocktails into the night across a three-storey building, with our elegant Loft cocktail bar on the top floor on Friday and Saturday evenings. Every drink carries a homemade element: an aromatic syrup, a rich infusion or a fragrant shrub, crafted by our in-house mixologists.
Can we book a cocktail masterclass for our hen party?
Yes, and ours is properly hands-on. Your masterclass is held in your own private bar area with a dedicated cocktail expert: choose a two or three drink package, learn how our menu is constructed and how each drink travels from first key ingredient to garnish, then shake, stir, muddle and strain your own cocktails, and drink them. There is always a competitive element, so your friends can battle for the boozy prize for the best drink of the day.
How much does the masterclass cost?

Can we hire a private space for a bigger celebration?
Yes. Our upper floor rooms come with fully stocked private bars and your own bartenders: one room holds up to 40 guests and the other up to 70, and across the building we cater for corporate-scale events of up to 180. For hen parties the sweet spot is a room of your own, music you choose, and cocktails and canapes without ever queueing at a public bar.
What can we eat and drink with you?
Start with brunch: our kitchen serves from 10am (lunch and evening menus through the day, closing earlier than the bar), with sharing plates influenced by global cuisine, Japanese BBQ and our in-house smoker. The bars run to 2am every day: signature homemade draught cocktails, spritzes, craft beers and carefully chosen wines, with the Loft's botanical cocktails shaken to order at weekends.

I choose the steak and eggs plate, the meat was soft and juicy, maybe need some more salt and pepper, what makes the meat a bit tasteless. But overall ok

Bar Restaurant Not sure about brunch after my experience in Bill's. The menu didn't look appealing to me either. Too limited choices. Prices are not especially cheaper either. Actually it's a bar rather than a proper restaurant. The evening menu is much bigger. With a bar that is equipped with different alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks and the evening menu are the main dish of this place. Therefore the place was quiet when we arrived. Probably this place got most of the customers and business in the evening. The food arrived a bit too slow. But at least it's freshly prepared. It would be a good choice if you want to have a light meal. The environment and toilet were clean and quiet. The place is surprisingly big too.

Stopped by Novi and had a really good experience. Rhys and Daniel made drinks for me and my friend—both were spot on. Service was friendly and easygoing, and the drinks were delicious. Would definitely come back. thank you !
