What cocktail-making classes do you run for hen parties?
Our mobile cocktail making classes start from £37.50 per person, with a minimum group of 10 (15 for classes outside Bath). Each guest gets their own cocktail-making equipment and makes and shakes three different cocktails, guided by a qualified mixologist - and of course you drink each one at the end.
Can we do the class at our accommodation, or at a bar?
Both. We run classes at home or at your hen accommodation, and our most popular hen packages run at our cocktail bars in Bath. We travel across Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea and everywhere in between from our Somerset base.
Can we just hire a bartender instead of a class?
Yes - cocktail bartender hire in Bath is £100 for one hour, £130 for two hours or £150 for three hours. Your bartender arrives with a full professional bar kit; you supply the glasses, ice and ingredients, and we help with a custom drinks menu and a detailed shopping list so nothing is missed.
Do you offer all-inclusive packages?
Yes. Our cocktail bar packages start from £450 and we take care of all the bar logistics - glasses, ingredients, alcohol, mixers, ice, straws and napkins - so you just choose the location. A flair bartender can also be hired from £160 for something showier.
What deposits apply and how far ahead should we book?
Classes need a £10 per person deposit at booking, with a £25 travel charge for events outside Bath within a 25-mile radius; bartender hire is 50% upfront and the balance on the day. Most parties book six to eight weeks ahead, so secure your date early via info@bathbartenders.co.uk.
How long does everything take on the day?
Set-up takes about 25 minutes for small events of up to 20 guests, and up to an hour for larger parties. Classes and hire are booked by the hour, so you can shape the session around your evening - we will confirm timings with your dedicated event contact once your menu is chosen.
