What is coasteering?
Coasteering involves climbing, scrambling, traversing, cliff jumping and swimming along some of the most spectacular coastline in Wales. Our qualified guides tailor each session to your group's ability and confidence, and all equipment - wetsuits, helmets, buoyancy aids and gloves - is provided.
How much does it cost?
Our adventure activities start from £40 per person, with coasteering at £45-£55 per person depending on group size. Sessions average 2.5 hours and run daily in spring through autumn, depending on tide and weather.
Where do sessions take place?
We operate along the South Wales coast and in the Brecon Beacons, typically 45-60 minutes from Cardiff - coasteering on the Gower and in Pembrokeshire (St Davids and the Blue Lagoon), and gorge walking and canyoning inland at spots like Dinas Rock.
Can we book for a hen party?
Absolutely - coasteering is one of our most popular activities for hen weekends in Wales and stag and hen groups from Cardiff. We require a minimum group size of eight for a private booking; smaller groups can join one of our open adventure days.
Is there a minimum age?
We recommend ages 10+ for coasteering, with sessions adapted for families and groups. You should be a confident swimmer - tell us your group's ability when you book and we'll match the route to you.

Gorge scrambling / Canyoning with Blue Ocean at Dinas Rock was thrilling and memorable. Our guide Neil with his expertise made our experience safe and enjoyable. We carried youngsters from our masjid in London to Cardiff over the bank holiday weekend. Our excursion culminated in our canyoning experience which the boys totally enjoyed. Seeing youngsters overcome their fears and participate was a wholesome experience.

We booked a gorge walking experience for my stag do and had an absolutely brilliant time! The jumps were epic, and the whole activity was perfectly paced. Huge shoutout to Andy, who was an amazing host - he brought great energy, kept everyone safe, and made the whole day unforgettable. Highly recommend Andy and this experience to any group looking for a top-tier adventure!
