How much does axe throwing cost?
Lane hire is £25 per person for groups of 2-3 and £20 per person for groups of 4-5, for a 60-minute session. Whole-venue hire is £225 for up to 15 people for 60 minutes, with 90-minute whole-venue sessions for larger groups.
Can we book a hen party?
Yes - our party packages add your own music, an organised tournament, personalised name displays (for example 'Megan's Hen Party') and optional cupcakes to a private session. BYOB is available with glass hire for a £10 per-group surcharge (maximum three drinks per person).
How does a session run?
Every session starts with a short health and safety briefing and a demonstration from one of our coaches. You'll try our five different axes during a warm-up, then compete across our projected games on three indoor lanes. Coaches stay on hand throughout.
How many people can play?
Our three lanes host groups of 2 up to 21 people. Small groups book individual lanes (up to 5), and bigger groups take the whole venue - 60 minutes for up to 15, or 90 minutes for larger groups.
Do we need experience?
None at all. No prior experience or strength is needed - our coaches teach you the technique and most first-timers are landing axes within minutes. Sessions are indoors in Cheltenham town centre, so the weather can't spoil it.

We had a great time doing the pole position escape room today! There were lots of interesting puzzles and tasks which were challenging but not impossible and both enjoyable for adults and children. Thanks to our brilliant host Damian who was friendly and helpful!

Excellent customer service! I booked Axe throwing short notice for a family member as a suprise birthday event and could not be happier. Tanya, (who i booked with) Has bent over backwards to accommodate my booking. If we lived closer we would be back again next week, everyone had a brilliant time.

What a great escape room (Operation Foresight) . We had not expected such a set of well thought out puzzles mixing graft and skill. All the family had fun. The room very smartly done for what it was (perfectly in theme). So glad we finished it, amazing feeling. Highly recommended.
